Terms of Use

1. The service

Fluffbook helps you care for pets: a care calendar, reminders, a medical card, reading vet documents, symptom triage and a chat with each pet's character.

2. Not veterinary advice

Fluffbook is not a veterinarian and does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Its triage only suggests how urgent something may be. Always follow your vet's advice; in an emergency, contact a vet or an emergency clinic immediately.

Medicine reminders are as good as what you enter: enter courses exactly as prescribed.

3. Your account

You need an account (Apple, Google or e-mail), shared with Foodoo and Potpal. Keep it secure; you are responsible for what happens under it.

4. Subscriptions

Fluffbook is free with limits; Premium is a subscription billed by Apple or Google. A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies.

5. Your content

Your photos, documents and messages stay yours. You give us the licence needed to store and process them to run the service for you and your household.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break it, scrape it, or use it to harm anyone.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions about your pet's health, which remain yours and your vet's.

8. Changes and termination

We may change these terms with notice in the app. You may stop using Fluffbook and delete your account at any time.
